Job summary

Major League Soccer seeks a Network Engineer to support MLS enterprise, cloud, venue, and broadcast networks. You will help ensure secure, resilient connectivity and excellent performance across headquarters, stadiums, and match-day operations.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with vendors, clubs, and internal teams to meet high-visibility event needs while maintaining security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core network fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Experience with enterprise network infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced live-event environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and performance of MLS network infrastructure across HQ, cloud, venues, and broadcast systems.
• Assist with secure connectivity and incident response.
• Document runbooks, change controls, and network diagrams.
• Support match-day readiness with network validation and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, and NAC issues across locations.
