Job summary

Healthtech Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer I to assist in enterprise network design, implementation and support of network infrastructure.

You will coordinate with technical and non-technical staff and vendors to deliver complex projects and provide Tier 3 guidance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining data center and WAN networks, documenting standards, and contributing to new technology evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience and no degree.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily prioritization of work to meet SLA requirements.
• Provide training and mentoring to peers and colleagues.
• Assist with evaluating and recommending technical solutions for group to enterprise deployments.
• Engage in tier 2 and tier 3 troubleshooting for deployed services and resolve issues.
• Operate and administer datacenter networks, WAN, and enterprise wireless.
• Document policies, standards, and knowledge base articles.
• Be available on-call 7/24 as part of a rotation schedule.
