Job summary

Brinker International's Network Engineer role in Coppell, TX, supports, maintains, and improves network services across Brinker brands' restaurants, corporate offices, data centers, and cloud environments. You will ensure stable, secure, and highly available connectivity for operations and critical infrastructure.

You will collaborate with the MSP for Level 1.5 and Level 2 support, guide incident resolution, apply patches, and maintain documentation and diagrams while advancing network standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise network environments.
• Experience with restaurant, retail, corporate and data center networks.
• Strong knowledge of VLANs, switching, routing, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with MSPs, vendors, and third-party support.
• Solid documentation and incident-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day network operations across restaurants, corporate, data centers, and cloud environments.
• Coordinate incidents, service requests, and patching with MSP resources.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center infrastructure.
• Maintain network monitoring, runbooks, and diagrams.
• Assist with security governance and network changes.
