Job summary

PCI is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our Technical Operations team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving multi-tenant network environments.

The ideal candidate should own network outcomes from design through support, with strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall skills. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, wireless, and firewall concepts.
• Experience with network security platforms and readiness to work with Palo Alto and Sophos.
• Ability to work independently and own issues through completion.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing LAN, WAN, wireless, segmentation, and hybrid-cloud network solutions.
• Support and optimize firewalls, switches, wireless platforms, VPNs, and secure remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues including routing, DNS, latency, and packet loss.
• Manage escalated incidents and drive issues to resolution with clear communication.
