Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires degree or equivalent work experience in IT/comms.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi‑Fi.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, QoS, and network monitoring.
• Understanding of high-availability, redundancy and DR concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/SD-WAN and data centers.
• Configure routing/switching; manage BGP/OSPF, VRFs, VLANs, ACLs.
• Support connectivity across offices, clouds, carriers, and data centers.
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity; perform RCA and fixes.
• Implement security policies, firewalls, and access controls with Security teams.
• Develop automation to improve provisioning, monitoring, and ops.
• Participate in DR testing, upgrades, and on-call rotations.
