Job summary

IT Accel, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to support enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, and end-user technology in a hands-on IT generalist role. The position is full-time and hybrid, with 3 onsite mornings in Morningside Heights, NY.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and will earn $90-95k plus amazing benefits. The Network Engineer will manage Azure, M365, AD/Entra ID, VPNs, and security tooling, while providing executive-level white-glove

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with switches, VLANs, routing, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• Strong experience with Azure, Active Directory/Azure AD Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint management platforms.
• Experience administering cybersecurity platforms such as Palo Alto, Zscaler, SentinelOne, Mimecast.

Responsibilities

Network Engineer

Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite in Morningside Heights, NY)

Position Summary

The Network Engineer serves as a senior IT resource responsible for supporting enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, cybersecurity platforms, and end-user technology. While networking is a core component of the role, this position requires a hands-on IT generalist who can support infrastructure, help desk escalations, executive white-glove support, security tools, endpoint management, Apple Business Manager, conference room technology, and other operational IT functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise network infrastructure including switches, VLANs, routing, VPNs, wireless networks, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, or similar endpoint management platforms.
• Support cybersecurity technologies including Palo Alto firewalls, Zscaler, SentinelOne, Mimecast, VPNs, and related security tools.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for Help Desk tickets and complex technical issues.
• Provide executive-level white-glove support.
• Monitor and respond to vendor alerts, infrastructure incidents, and security events.
• Support Apple Business Manager, endpoint lifecycle management, and conference room AV technologies.
• Generate CSRs, install SSL certificates, and manage certificate renewals.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in audits, security reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance and a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, and support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with networking technologies including switching, VLANs, routing, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, wireless networking, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management platforms such as Endpoint Central or similar tools.
• Experience administering cybersecurity platforms such as Palo Alto, Zscaler, SentinelOne, Mimecast, and related technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week in Morningside Heights, NY.
• Must be willing to provide additional onsite support, including weekends, as needed.
• Must participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
