Job summary

Conquest Tech Solutions Inc. seeks a senior Network Engineer in Madison, WI. Over 7-10+ years of experience is expected with deep routing/switching expertise and strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.

The role covers firewall and security platforms, network monitoring, SD-WAN, and automation tooling. Onsite collaboration with internal teams and vendors is required. Strong documentation skills and cybersecurity awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
• Experience with firewalls and security platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.).
• Experience with SD-WAN and network virtualization (VXLAN, EVPN).
• Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
• Ability to read and update network topology diagrams and documentation.
• Good understanding of firewall rules, NAT, ACLs, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for interaction with internal teams and vendors.

Role : Network Engineer

Location: Madison, WI (onsite from Day 1)

Experience with firewalls and security platforms (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.).

Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.).

Experience with SD-WAN and network virtualization (VXLAN, EVPN).

Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
