Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain LANs and WANs.

Summary

Full‑Time: Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other networking systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement and manage network security protocols to protect sensitive data.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Create and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
• Conduct regular network assessments and capacity planning to accommodate growth.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on network‑related issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement of the network infrastructure.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with network hardware (CISCO, Fortinet).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
• Understanding of network security best practices and technologies (e.g., VPNs, IDS/IPS).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet FCSS, FCP or FCX) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
