Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
• Troubleshoot connectivity, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and routing issues
• Assist senior engineers with network upgrades and infrastructure projects
• Configure and support network security policies and access control
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory records
• Respond to help desk tickets and user networking issues
• Support cloud and hybrid networking environments when required
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery checks
