  • Partner with monitoring and infrastructure teams to improve alert quality, reduce noise, and strengthen visibility across global sites and critical network services.
Incident, Problem & Change Management
  • Participate in incident response activities for network outages, degraded service, and critical business-impacting events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during incidents to support effective communication, troubleshooting, and restoration of service.
  • Assist with post-incident reviews, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem management follow-up.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support business‑critical network services outside normal business hours.
Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with third-party vendors and service providers, including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, ISPs, and managed service partners, to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Assist with vendor support cases, circuit escalations, hardware replacement coordination, and service‑impacting investigations.
  • Collaborate with Service Management and internal stakeholders to support SLA performance, change coordination, and operational reporting.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders during incidents, maintenance activities, and service requests.
Here’s What You’ll Need
  • 3–5 years of experience in network engineering, network operations, infrastructure support, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, switching, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and basic network security concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise network environments, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, WAN circuits, and remote access technologies.
  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, latency, routing, firewall policy, and application access issues.
  • Familiarity with common routing protocols and network technologies such as OSPF, BGP, static routing, IPsec VPN, SD‑WAN, and high‑availability network designs.
  • Experience using network monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as SolarWinds, Splunk, ThousandEyes, LogicMonitor, PRTG, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with ITSM and ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation for critical network support.
Here’s What You’ll Bringto The Table

  • Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, PCNSA, PCNSE, JNCIA, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Juniper, Aruba, F5, or similar enterprise networking technologies.
  • Experience supporting Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, GlobalProtect, or similar network security platforms.
  • Familiarity with Prisma Access, SASE, Zero Trust Network Access, secure remote access, or cloud‑delivered network security solutions.
