• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Participate in group projects with global as well as regional team members

• Perform root cause analysis for service interruption recovery, creating preventative measures to deploy in the enterprise
• Create and maintain network documentation as it relates to network configuration, network diagrams and processes.
• Administer all pertinent company standards and procedures (i.e. security and change control) as relevant to role
