Join Our Team as a Network Engineer at Ford Office Technologies

Ford Office Technologies is seeking a skilled and driven Tier II Network Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in shaping and supporting our network infrastructure. You will bring your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing network operations that support our mission of delivering innovative technology solutions.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities include:

• Configure and install network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, QoS, and NAC.
• Maintain and upgrade network systems, apply patches, and configure security settings.
• Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
• Perform capacity planning by analyzing system resources and trends.
• Follow change management policies during network modifications.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement security policies and tools.
• Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Engage with vendors for product evaluation and support.
• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate network components.
• Respond promptly to network incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly update software and firmware to address vulnerabilities.
• Enforce network policies to maintain security and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in network IT.
• Knowledge of configuration testing, troubleshooting, and change management.
• Understanding of network security principles and protocols.
• Experience with monitoring tools and network systems analysis.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Preferred experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, FortiGate.
