Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced network engineer to support enterprise network platforms, including switching, routing, and firewalls. You will diagnose and resolve network incidents and manage hardware lifecycles across multiple locations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network platforms: switching, routing, firewalls, wireless, and optional SD-WAN.
• Diagnose, triage, and resolve network incidents; escalate when necessary.
• Assist with network enhancements, testing, and deployment aligned with best practices.
• Manage hardware lifecycle: upgrades, refreshes, and decommissioning across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network inventory, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve network reliability, automation, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable network solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Juniper/HPE Layer 3 routing & switching, Aruba wireless, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Ability to operate as Tier 1 support with minimal escalations.
• SD-WAN experience (HPE preferred) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
