Job summary

CEdge Inc is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and modernise the USTRANSCOM JDDE network infrastructure at Scott AFB in Illinois. The role requires active Secret clearance and a solid background in network security and policies.

You will manage network policies, support CAC authentication, and monitor systems with tools like Wireshark, TCPDUMP, and HP OpenView. This is a full-time contingent position with government-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering.
• 8+ years in network engineering.
• CCNA or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and modernises network infrastructure for USTRANSCOM’s JDDE.
• Manages network policies and CAC authentication.
• Updates web pages and uses RMF for network authorizations.
• Applies DoDAF for net-centric views and monitors with Wireshark, TCPDUMP and HP OpenView.
