About the Role
We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our team and support a growing portfolio of infrastructure and network modernization projects. This position is ideal for a hands‑on network engineer with strong routing, switching, and wireless experience who can quickly adapt to a complex enterprise environment and contribute to both day‑to‑day operations and large‑scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise network operations, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Participate in the migration of network infrastructure from Cisco to Aruba.
- Assist with network equipment deployments, installations, upgrades, and lifecycle refresh projects.
- Provide support through ticket rotation and operational troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams on strategic infrastructure initiatives.
- Ensure network performance, availability, and reliability across the environment.
- Validate networking requirements and switch configurations associated with security‑focused projects.
- Document configurations, procedures, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or network administration.
- Routing and Switching
- Enterprise Wireless Networking
- Network Troubleshooting and Support
- Experience working with Aruba networking solutions or the ability to quickly learn and support Aruba environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure projects and network deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
- Exposure to network migration projects.
- Familiarity with ClearPass or similar network access control/security solutions.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
