Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise LAN/WAN environments, strong Cisco routing and switching skills, Palo Alto firewall expertise, and familiarity with BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering or administration experience.
• Strong Cisco routing and switching experience.
• Hands-on Palo Alto firewall experience.
• Strong TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, NAT, DNS & DHCP fundamentals.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF and/or EIGRP.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, packet captures and device diagnostics.
• Experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN environments.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to join a growing IT infrastructure team in Boca Raton, FL. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse enterprise environment spanning Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft Azure, NetApp, WAN connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, and data center networking.

You'll own day-to-day network operations while partnering closely with a Senior Network Engineer on projects, improvements, troubleshooting, and infrastructure upgrades.

What you’ll work with:

• Cisco UCS X-Series & Fabric Interconnects
• BGP, OSPF & EIGRP
• Zero Trust / network security technologies

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on network engineering or administration experience
