Job summary

NALLEY CONSULTING seeks a Network Development Analyst for the JBAB, Washington, DC area. The role focuses on exploiting data sources, crafting effective queries, and integrating information to illuminate a client’s mission environment for senior policymakers.

The analyst will validate data, apply client tradecraft, and produce complex written products and briefings. Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required for this defense-focused assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting in IC or Combatant Command.
• Pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
• Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT using high-side tools and databases (Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI).
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefings for tactical to strategic levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources and create effective queries.
• Combine information from disparate sources to support mission understanding.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build senior policymaker assessments.
• Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, databases to inform DoD and IC stakeholders.
• Develop products including actionable leads, complex written products, and briefings for tactical to strategic levels.
