Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Network Development Analyst to support INDOPACOM at JBAB, Washington, DC. The role requires high-level all-source analytics, HUMINT targeting, and experience with SIGINT tools.

A TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate ability to produce actionable intelligence, develop complex written products, and brief clients from tactical to strategic levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with all-source analytics in IC/Combatant Command environments.
• Experience with pattern of life analysis and human factors analysis.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
