Spectrum offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship designed to provide real-world experience in telecommunications. This program runs from May 26 to August 6, 2027 and includes department projects, professional development, and mentorship.

You’ll work across two teams, with about 80% project work and 20% internship experiences like kickoff conferences, webinars, and networking activities, helping you grow professionally this summer.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• NEO Service Engineering provides critical support for the reliability and evolution of the core and backbone network by certifying network hardware and software code prior to production deployment.
• Lab Validation and Testing Support - assist with core/backbone lab setup, execute test plans, document results, and help validate hardware or software code before production deployment.
• Standards and Documentation Improvement – update Network Deployment Standards, runbooks, lab guides, topology diagrams, and troubleshooting documentation to improve team efficiency.
• Cross-Team Project Support - collaborate with deployment teams and vertical partners for rollout planning, testing coordination, and innovation initiative tracking.
