Fluidstack is seeking a leader to direct the network deployment workforce across multiple sites and ensure on-time turn-ups at scale. You will hire, grow, and run engineers and technicians, turning up fabrics and coordinating complex deployments with ownership and speed.

The role emphasizes extreme ownership, fast velocity, and first principles thinking. You will build onboarding pipelines, manage on-call and travel rotations, and keep teams cohesive as deployments scale globally.

• You’ve managed network deployment or field engineering teams at scale.
• You’ve staffed concurrent projects out of one shared team without burning it out.
• You’ve built onboarding that made new hires productive in days.
• Your people stay, and some have followed you between companies.
• Bonus: Hyperscale turn-ups. Contractor and FTE blending. Training program design. Deployment tooling fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the network deployment workforce: hire, grow, and run the engineers and technicians turning up fabrics site after site.
• Own team allocation across concurrent sites so every turn-up is staffed for its window.
• Build the onboarding pipeline that takes a network technician to hyperscale turn-up quality in days.
• Own on-call, travel rotation, and team health for a workforce that lives where the builds are.
