Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and test Gateway network elements per written procedures.
• Assist with remote maintenance and perform checklists.
• Troubleshoot customer trouble tickets per procedures.
• Respond to alerts and coordinate fault resolution with senior staff and vendors.
• Support equipment installation and maintenance per Data Center Standards.
