Summary

This position is crucial for supporting the integration and management of new initiatives within the Roswell Park Care Network, such as clinical research, to ensure long-term business growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field, with at least two (2) years of healthcare or business experience, including one (1) year in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in the same fields, with at least four (4) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years in a leadership capacity.

Note

Degrees must be from an accredited institution recognized by Roswell Park.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with decentralized clinical trials and market implications.
• Consulting experience on strategy-driven projects.
• Experience developing client relationships outside current employment.
• Experience conducting research for thesis-level projects.
