Job summary

Qualifications

Background in networking, including TCP/IP and routing protocols.
Experience administering Unix-based systems.
Experience with vendor devices: Arista, Cisco, Juniper, Nokia.
Experience developing systems with Python.
Proficiency in Python scripting, automation, and working with data.
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.
Experience with Docker.
Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana.
Familiarity with Ansible, Git, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
Experience with APIs, JSON, YAML.
Fluent English.

Responsibilities

Write and maintain software for network management and monitoring.
Deploying and auditing network device configurations, automating validation and testing.
Monitoring network health and performance with visualization and alerting.
Integrate network automation solutions into deployment pipelines with Engineering teams.
Drive automation throughout software development, release, and operations.
Research network automation trends and apply findings to improve team efficiency and innovation.
Support Linux-based environments and containerized applications and services, including NMS, telemetry, flowspec and routing controllers, syslog, tacacs, and netflow services.
