Join to apply for the Network Architect/ Wireless - Remote role at EPAM Systems

We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer/ Architect with extensive experience in Wireless technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Design detailed architecture (HLD/LLD) for Private network solutions and Customer Experience Dashboards.
2. Collaborate with product managers to define new features and solution options.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align solution architecture.
4. Lead product development teams to meet milestones, including user story creation, task management, and deployment.
5. Manage documentation of development milestones using Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA).
6. Work with teams to architect, develop, and deliver new products.
7. Ensure seamless customer solutions and evangelize new technology concepts.
8. Educational requirements: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Requirements

1. 10+ years’ experience in wireless technologies focusing on network systems architecture, design, prototypes, and APIs.
2. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
3. Expertise in wireless network systems such as Core, RAN, IP Networks, OSS/BSS, Dashboards, and APIs.
4. Experience creating user story requirements for Dashboard products.
5. Proven ability to architect and deliver products with clear milestones.
6. Skills in demos, fast-prototyping, and scripting (Python, etc.).
7. Proficiency in collaboration tools (Atlassian, Google, Microsoft).
8. Excellent communication skills for remote and onsite teamwork.
