Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, backups, vendor coordination, and ensuring reliable access to email, file servers, and internet resources. A bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Three years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN design and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Designs computer networks for college use and integration.
• Administers, implements, and maintains the network operations and security.
• Coordinates hardware/software upgrades and disaster recovery planning.
• Responds to help desk tickets and supports staff.
