Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with three years of related experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining college networks and data communications.
• Knowledge of network security, redundancy, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains the College's computer networks and data communications.
• Administers network operations, fault prediction, and performance analysis.
• Configures security, directory structures, and applications software.
• Supports district non-instructional web sites and networked resources.
• Responds to help desk tickets and user inquiries; provides follow-up support.
• Monitors and improves network security and malware protection.
