Network and Systems Administrator
The Network & Systems Administrator is responsible for the design, implementation, operation, security, and support of the hospital’s network and server infrastructure. This role ensures the reliability, availability, and security of IT systems that support clinical care, surgical services, and administrative operations. The position combines core network administration and systems administration functions and serves as a key technical resource within a specialty or surgical hospital environment, where system uptime, data security, and regulatory compliance are critical.
Chief Administrative Officer
$104,062 - $138,153 per year (salary range is intentionally broad as pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience and eligibility for bonuses)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in combined network and systems administration roles. Hands-on experience with networking, servers, virtualization, and security technologies. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Healthcare or hospital IT experience. Experience supporting EHRs, PACS, imaging systems, and medical device connectivity. Industry certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or VMware certifications.
This position requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 15 at times. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Environmental hazards such as chemicals, solvents, needles, needle containers, sharps, blood, body fluids, various infectious/communicable diseases, infectious medical waste, radiation, and/or radioactive materials and/or radioactive waste, proximity to moving mechanical parts. Protective clothing/equipment may be necessary.
