Chestnut Health Systems in Granite City, IL seeks a full-time Network Analyst to support and enhance our network infrastructure for integrated behavioral and primary health care services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Information Systems or related field and at least three years of network administration experience, with strong Windows server/OS skills and network troubleshooting abilities. VMware, SAN, and VoIP experience are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• At least three years of network administration experience.
• Extensive experience with Windows server and workstation OS administration.
• Strong background in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Preferred experience in VoIP, VMware VSphere, and SAN administration.
• General experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices and servers.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Industry-recognized certification is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for installing and configuring PCs, software, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain server infrastructure, SAN, VMwa­re VSphere, and networking equipment.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and other member servers; update AD group policies.
• Install, configure, and maintain corporate email, internet, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues across all levels.
• Assist with VoIP and telecommunications systems administration under supervision.
• Perform system administration duties to ensure integrity, performance, backups, monitoring, security, and connectivity.
• Participate in MIS Security Team to plan and implement security measures.
• Deliver escalated technical support to helpdesk technicians; assist during shortages.
• Co-administer data backup systems and procedures.
• Stay current on IS/IT technologies and recommend improvements.
