Washington County’s Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking a Network Analyst II to join the Information Security Division.
The Network Analyst II requires a solid foundation in cybersecurity principles and a genuine passion for protecting digital environments. This position blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and personal drive, enabling the County to thrive in the fast‑paced, ever‑evolving world of cybersecurity.

Education and Experience:
Washington County’s Information Technology Services (ITS) Department is a centralized organization of over 80 professionals that delivers enterprise technology solutions supporting critical County services and operations. ITS partners with departments across the County to provide reliable, secure, and future‑ready technology services.
The Information Security Division is a four‑person team responsible for strengthening the County’s security posture by promoting security awareness and education, maintaining governance, risk, and compliance activities, leading incident response and business continuity efforts, and managing threats and vulnerabilities across County systems.

Washington County is currently undergoing a comprehensive classification and compensation study. The purpose of this project is to create new job descriptions and create new classification and compensation systems. Outcomes of the project will include changes to classification titles, which could impact compensation structures. No one will have their pay rate lowered because of this project. For represented positions, appropriate bargaining processes will be utilized prior to implementation.
