The successful candidate will support and secure a Microsoft Windows/VMware ESXi environment, manage AD and cloud services, and participate in cloud migrations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Network Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of help desk experience in Windows network environment.
• 2+ years of network administration experience.
• 2+ years IT systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10+ and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience managing desktops onsite and remote.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage secure IT infrastructure for front office and manufacturing users.
• Manage VMware, SAN/NAS, and server environments including Windows and Linux.
• Provide in-person and remote help desk assistance.
• Provision Windows devices per policy and using Intune.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD; DNS/DHCP; group policies.
