St. Joseph’s/Candler Health System is seeking an on-site IT Infrastructure Specialist in Savannah, GA to support enterprise hardware, software, and network systems.

You will analyze, test, and maintain technology infrastructure, work with the Network Administration team, and act as a subject matter expert for key systems. The role requires 3-5 years of networking experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in local and wide area networks, multi-platforms and multi-protocol systems.
• Professional certification required; CCNA/CCNP or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's technology infrastructure and systems.
• Triages new work orders and requests for the Network Administration team; provides timely resolutions.
• Documents changes and procedures; supports security patches, antivirus updates, and system backups.
