Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, GA, is seeking a Network Administrator II to deliver secure, scalable campus networking and telephony services. This role partners with IT teams and leadership to modernize infrastructure and support institutional growth.
The position requires a 4-year degree and four years of IP networking experience, with hands-on work across switches, routers, firewalls, VoIP, SIP,PRI, and Linux servers.
The Network Administrator II is a key role in delivering secure, resilient, and scalable network and communication services across the campus. This position partners with IT teams and leadership to modernize infrastructure, improve service delivery, and support institutional growth. Through proactive monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement, the role ensures high-quality connectivity and user experience across network and telephony platforms.
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's (or equivalent experience) and four years of relevant experience, such as working with IP networks and supporting systems
Salary offer will be dependent on candidate\'s experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.
Ability to work independently and with minimal day-to-day supervision
Ability to set-up and configure network equipment and appliances
Skills in problem solving in a multiple-vendor environment
