Job summary

This is a 100% on-site Network Administrator role located at our Oklahoma City, OK facility. You will install, configure and maintain networks, ensure security, troubleshoot issues, and support end users while following established policies and disaster recovery plans.

You will collaborate with other IT staff to keep the network aligned with company needs, maintain documentation, and stay up-to-date with evolving network technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA-R&S certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing).
• Familiarity with network security, firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Zabbix) and excellent communication.

This position is 100% on site at our Oklahoma City, OK location.

EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED:

• Perform various network administration tasks such as: install, configure, and maintain computer networks, hardware, and software
• Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring that the network is protected from unauthorized access
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and provide support to end-users

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology, or a related field preferred; CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA-R&S certifications preferred; strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing; familiarity with network security, firewalls, and VPNs; experience with network monitoring tools, such as Wireshark and Zabbix; ability to demonstrate problem-solving and trouble shooting skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident within the last three years. Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures.
