Qualifications

  • Proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Palo Alto)
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs
  • Experience with packet capture tools such as Wireshark
  • Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds/PRTG/Nagios
  • Knowledge of security best practices, ACLs, NAC, zero-trust segmentation

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reliability and uptime of the organization's network infrastructure with SLAs
  • Implement and maintain network security measures including firewall rules and IDS integration
