Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and maintains the legislative computer network's central and shared hardware and software.
• Maintains computer network workstations, file servers, printers, and operating systems.
• Supports computer software applications and systems.
• Reviews, evaluates, and resolves computer user application problems.
