The ideal candidate has CompTIA Network+ and Cisco certifications, strong TCP/IP knowledge, and experience with Meraki equipment, SNMP, CLI, and ServiceNow. Some remote work travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires CompTIA Network+ with strong TCP/IP knowledge and core network infra components.
• Solid understanding of VLANs, ACLs, routers, switches, OSI model, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service orientation.
• Experience with network management tools and SNMP; familiarity with CLI and monitoring platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and Cisco Meraki equipment.
• Certifications CCNA and CCNP are highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Engage vendors and consultants to support network infrastructure across sites.
• Complete circuit orders for CSN and internet connections.
• Provide examples of regular decisions related to network duties.
• Determine tasks and plan execution order with vendors.
• Schedule meetings to define requirements and capture status updates.
• Coordinate with Network Services Manager to stay on task and resolve issues promptly.
