Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components, including routers, firewalls, and switches.

Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure maximum uptime.

Security Administration: Implement network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software, to protect against unauthorized access.

User Management: Manage network user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

Maintenance & Documentation: Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintain detailed documentation for network configuration and procedures.

Support & Training: Resolve network-related issues reported by users and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and WAN technologies.

Hands‑on Experience: Proven experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
