Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• 3+ years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless APs.
• 3+ years supporting SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.
• 3+ years troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices.
• 3+ years creating, maintaining, and updating network documentation and diagrams.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network modernization initiatives, including SD-WAN, PKI, and identity-based networking services.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support secure authentication services and certificate-based authentication solutions.
