Qualifications

• Aruba HPE router configuration and deployment experience.
• AOS-CX CLI, Aruba Central, Aruba EdgeConnect SD-WAN knowledge.
• ClearPass and network security integration experience.
• Layer 3 routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, static routing, route redistribution, route summarization.
• Layer 2 switching: VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol, LACP, inter-VLAN routing.
• IP addressing and subnetting incl. DHCP relay and DNS considerations.
• Experience coordinating field technicians and third-party partners.
• Strong documentation, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deployment timelines.
• Flexibility to support evening/weekend cutovers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Aruba HPE routers for enterprise migrations.
• Support Layer 3 migration activities across multiple locations.
• Coordinate installation during staging, implementation and post-installation phases.
• Partner with NOC, Network Engineering, PM, Cybersecurity teams and vendors to ensure deployments.
• Troubleshoot network issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement resolutions.
• Maintain network diagrams, topology docs, configuration records, SOPs.
• Provide weekly migration status updates, deployment tracking, and project reporting.
• Support planned network cutovers during business and non-business hours.

Seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise network migration initiative in a 100% remote environment. This role will focus on the deployment, configuration, and support of Aruba networking solutions as part of a Layer 3 infrastructure migration across multiple enterprise locations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong routing and switching expertise, hands-on experience within the Aruba ecosystem, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience coordinating activities across technical teams, vendors, and field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Aruba HPE routers for enterprise network migrations.
• Support Layer 3 migration activities across multiple locations.
• Coordinate installation activities during staging, implementation, and post-installation phases.
• Partner with Network Operations, Network Engineering, Project Management, Cybersecurity teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful deployments.
• Troubleshoot network issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
• Maintain network diagrams, topology documentation, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide weekly migration status updates, deployment tracking, and project reporting.
• Support planned network cutovers during business and non-business hours as required.
