Job summary

Equiliem seeks an IT Network Administrator to lead a large-scale Aruba-based network migration from Versa to Aruba across about 1,300 sites. The role focuses on Layer 3 routing, Aruba router deployment, troubleshooting, and coordination of staging, implementation, and post-implementation support.

You will manage multiple site migrations, maintain documentation, provide regular status updates, and collaborate with engineering teams, PMs, vendors, and field technicians.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of enterprise networking experience
• 1–2 years of Aruba networking experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Layer 3 routing (OSPF, BGP, static)
• Experience with Aruba technologies (AOS-CX, Aruba Central, ZTP, SD-WAN, ClearPass)
• Knowledge of Layer 2 concepts (VLANs, 802.1Q)

Responsibilities

• Configure, stage, deploy, and support Aruba networking equipment for enterprise migrations
• Execute Layer 3 migration across multiple sites with minimal disruption
• Coordinate staging, implementation, and post-implementation support
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, static)
• Support Aruba technologies (AOS-CX, Aruba Central, ZTP, SD-WAN, ClearPass)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with vendors, field techs, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain network diagrams, configs, and migration plans
• Prepare weekly migration status reports and project docs
• Manage multiple concurrent site migrations and deadlines
• Support planned cutovers during business hours and occasional evenings/weekends
• Use network and service management tools for incidents and progress
• Identify automation opportunities via scripting and APIs
