ASM Research is seeking a Network Administrator in Omaha, NE to build, support, and optimize LAN/WAN networks and related hardware and software. The role deploys and troubleshoots networks from small to medium scale, monitors performance, and escalates larger issues as needed.
The ideal candidate holds active DoD Secret clearance, CCNA and/or Network+ certifications, and 2–5 years of network experience with routers, switches, load balancers, and network security fundamentals.
The Network Administrator is responsible for the build, support, administration, and optimization of the network and associated hardware and software. This role deploys and troubleshoots small-scale to medium network deployments, conducts routine tests to ensure operability of the network, and identifies network needs and capabilities from an end-user perspective. The Network Administrator troubleshoots intermediary network problems and escalates large-scale network issues appropriately.
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
