CCI has an opening for a Network Administrator to join our team at Fort Washington, MD!

The Opportunity

Provides on-site support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and related processes. Supports day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for firewalls, client/server devices, routers, storage, network devices, mobile devices, etc. Offers help desk services for problem diagnosis and resolution. Supports escalation and communicates status to agency management and internal customers. Configures and manages Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems, installs software, troubleshoots, and maintains network component integrity to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Support dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in resolution.
  2. Provide expertise in troubleshooting IT systems, imaging, and backup.
  3. Analyze issues and provide feedback to management and customers; handle escalated tickets.
  4. Build, configure, and manage Windows, Linux, and UNIX operating systems; troubleshoot and configure network components; enhance system reliability and performance.
  5. Expertise in Active Directory and Domain Administration.
  6. Manage system requirements ensuring compatibility with architecture frameworks like DoDAF, SOA, STE/STN.
  7. Maintain configuration management for classified and unclassified network systems per DoD/NSA regulations.
  8. Develop and implement Information System Security Plans (ISSP) and secure enterprise networks following DoD/NSA security standards, including STE attributes such as audit compliance, malware prevention, network monitoring, port security, and more.
Qualifications
  • TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
  • Ten (10) years' experience in Network Administration within similar scope programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or seven (7) years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Pay Range

Salary varies based on location, experience, skills, and education. Our comprehensive benefits support employees and their families, including healthcare, wellness, retirement, and education benefits. The proposed salary range is $109,800 - $241,600.
