Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Junior Network Administrator to support the daily operations, maintenance, and security of our network infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will work with ERP systems such as Infor or VitalEdge and collaborate with IT staff to ensure reliable connectivity for business applications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of IT or networking experience (internships count).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP environments (Infor or VitalEdge) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring, configuring and maintaining LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN and firewall systems.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues.
• Help maintain switches, routers, access points, and related equipment.
• Support network security initiatives, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Document configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support to end users.
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.

Job Summary
