Management & Training Corporation seeks an IT Network Administrator to design, maintain, and administer our network, Azure, and Active Directory environments at our Centerville, Utah headquarters. The role includes supporting LAN/WAN across Job Corps centers and correctional facilities, managing backups, security, and user access, and providing technical guidance to sites.
You'll coordinate site startups, administer Microsoft 365 services, maintain SQL databases, and work with remote POCs

Reports to the Director, IT. Responsible for designing, maintaining, and administering MTC’s network, Microsoft Azure, and Active Directory environments; maintaining the integrity of Job Corps and correctional sites’ Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Network (WAN); and providing technical support for the sites.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and five years related experience. Current Cisco, CompTIA, and/or Microsoft MCSE certification preferred. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure products, Endpoint, SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements, if approved by management. Job Corps or corrections experience preferred. Must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, and analytical skills. High standard of customer service, quality, and attention to detail. Ability to utilize a high degree of creativity, analytical thinking, and initiative to solve business problems. Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment as well as work independently while following documented processes and procedures. Desire to share knowledge among the team through documentation and cross‑training. Ability to quickly learn new skills and systems. Must be willing and able to travel. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Unless waived by management, valid driver’s license in state of employment and acceptable driving record.
