Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) professional to monitor and support our network infrastructure at our Clark, Pampanga site. The role covers shift-based scheduling, incident response, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS, and strong analytical and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and security patches.
• Respond to network incidents and security threats while applying and updating security controls.
• Maintain accurate network documentation, incident records, performance reports, and change management logs.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the NOC team and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Prepare shift schedules and ensure efficient day-to-day NOC operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and facility standards.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and network devices.
• Experience with network monitoring, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, and incident response procedures.
