Job summary

Glocomms is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire a Business Applications Administrator who will own the ERP platform and core business applications. You will drive process improvements, workflow automation, reporting, and system enhancements that directly impact operations.

You will partner with operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership to optimize processes, build dashboards, and support adoption and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting ERP systems or enterprise business applications.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and systems optimization.
• Experience with reporting, workflow automation, and application support.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technology and business teams.
