Vista Higher Learning, Inc. seeks a hands-on NetSuite Systems Administrator to lead a 9–12 month implementation and oversee ongoing ERP operations.

As our new hands-on NetSuite Systems Administrator, you will serve as the company’s internal go-to expert as we transition from Microsoft Great Plains to NetSuite. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will play a high-visibility role that is central to the company-wide systems transformation, implementation, and integration of core platforms such as Salesforce, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Financial reporting and long-term operations.
Boston - Hybrid; Remote - Eastern US Time Zone Candidate must reside within the United States. Ideal candidate will reside within a reasonable/commutable distance to our Boston, MA office location and be willing to work a hybrid remote/in‑office schedule (Tues/Thurs in office minimum) or within a state in the Eastern Time Zone. Relocation is not available for this position.
$115k min; up to $155k max annual salary based on qualification and experience level. This position is salaried and is eligible for an annual incentive as of Jan 1 2027 based on employee and organizational performance.
