Job summary

Sikich LLP is seeking a NetSuite Implementation Consultant with a finance and technology background to design and implement NetSuite ERP for clients, acting as lead consultant on projects.

The role covers full lifecycle NetSuite deployments, including design meetings, configuration, training, and post‑go-live support, under the guidance of a project manager. Certifications and prior consulting experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years full lifecycle NetSuite implementation.
• 3+ years ERP implementation experience.
• BS in Accounting or Finance.
• Biotech or Public Accounting experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Accounting modules and OneWorld.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite Project to Cash and Suitebilling.
• Must have experience implementing Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash NetSuite business process flows.
• Experience implementing NetSuite fixed asset module, amortizations and allocations and Revenue Recognition.
• Excellent client relationship skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities.
• Consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• NetSuite certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle implementation of core & advanced NetSuite with add‑on products.
• Act as lead consultant in NetSuite design meetings to fully architect client’s NetSuite solution and provide guidance to services team during implementation.
• Work under direction & mentorship of project manager for all NetSuite design, configuration, training, go‑live, support, & documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support (troubleshooting, & training).
• Learn, utilize, & promote the Sikich Project Implementation Methodology.
• Obtain & maintain NetSuite certifications.
