Job summary

Nextpower seeks an experienced Techno-Functional Lead to drive NetSuite ERP initiatives across financial processes in California. You will oversee system design, configuration, integration, and automation, partnering with finance to implement scalable solutions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

You will manage cross-functional projects, deliver timely financial reporting, and lead training and documentation to enable successful adoption of NetSuite functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP certification is a plus.
• 12+ years of NetSuite ERP experience in techno-functional role.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite ERP projects including design, implementation, and enhancements.
• Ensure NetSuite configuration supports GL, AP, AR, reporting, and budgeting.
• Oversee technical configuration, integration, customization, and automation of NetSuite.
• Drive process improvements and scalable solutions for accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations for seamless integrations.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs; lead user training and documentation.
