Job summary

Luxent is seeking a NetSuite Solution Architect to lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations for manufacturing clients, owning solution design and mentoring consultants in a fully remote role in the United States.

You will drive business impact from quote-to-cash, configure core modules, and design integrations with ERP, CRM, and PLM while staying current on industry trends and innovations.

Qualifications

Are you a NetSuite expert who thrives on solving complex manufacturing challenges? We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead full-cycle NetSuite implementations for manufacturing clients, owning solution design, mentoring consultants, and driving real business impact from quote-to-cash.

Requirements

• Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end NetSuite solutions for manufacturing clients, with deep focus on supply chain, production planning, and inventory management
• Own solution design decisions across cross-functional project teams (PMs, functional and technical consultants)
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations
• Configure key manufacturing modules: inventory, production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics
• Design integrations between NetSuite and systems like ERP, CRM, and PLM
• Mentor and coach consultants, sharing best practices and solution design expertise
• Create documentation, training materials, and client-facing deliverables
• Stay current on NetSuite innovations and manufacturing industry trends

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience with a strong manufacturing focus
• Proven success leading full-cycle NetSuite projects, ideally as lead architect
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite core ERP and manufacturing-specific modules
• Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and leading teams in a fast-paced environment
